Our History
The Martino Group was established in 2007, in Denton, TX. We started with self-owned single-family rental homes and commercial retail. Our assets under management quickly grew to what we are successfully managing today; over 1,000,000 SF of commercial space and over 1200 residential units.

The Martino Group manages assets for both internal and 3rd party owners and investors. What sets us apart from our competitors is our focus on integrity, superior customer service, and quality. We believe in maintaining our properties at a high level and delivering superior service to both our tenants and clients. Our goal is to provide the best quality of service to our tenants while also maximizing the returns for our owners and investors.
Property and Asset Management is our passion and we utilize our experience and technology to drive results. The Martino Group is staffed with licensed and professional team members, with over 70 combined years of residential and commercial property and asset management experience. We are headquartered in Denton, TX, and have extensive experience managing residential, multi-family, and commercial assets. Through engaging our core values: integrity, hard work, and trust; we successfully manage each asset as though it were our own investment.
